It's hard to believe that it's already been a year since my blog launched. It's still crazy to think that I actually have a website, a brand, to call my own.
During quarantine, we had SO much time to reflect about life. Before COVID happened, I would entertain the idea of creating a blog but never set anything in motion. In April of 2020, I began thinking about what I could name my blog. I wanted to have a name before doing anything else. Here's a list of names I had in mind:
That was the first step in creating B's Kinks and Curls. I then started writing at all times of the night. I was SO excited to start now that the blog had a name. As for the site, I changed it so many times before its launch because I was so fixated on it being perfect. Since its debut, I’ve changed the look about 2 or 3 more times because, again, I’m always looking to improve my brand.
I’m so incredibly grateful for any and everyone who takes the time to read my blog posts and/or interact with me on Instagram. Creating B’s Kinks and Curls has been such a fun and educational experience for me. I appreciate those who’ve supported from the start and continue to do so.
Once again, it’s hard for me to believe that I’m already writing a “thank you” post for 1 full year of B’s Kinks and Curls. There’s no way time passed by this quickly. It feels like I started this journey a couple months ago, NOT a year! It’s been a great ride so far and there’s nothing I’d change about it.
